1. Agreement and acceptance
By accessing, browsing, submitting a wallet address, initiating a report request, applying a coupon, making a payment, or otherwise using WalletScope, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Use and agree to be bound by them to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the service. These Terms govern the relationship between the user and the operator of WalletScope in relation to the website, report-generation workflows, payment flows, APIs, and associated functionality made available under the WalletScope name.
2. Service definition
WalletScope provides non-custodial blockchain-information and analytical reporting services concerning publicly observable blockchain addresses. Supported reports may include Bitcoin and Ethereum blockchain data and, depending on the purchased package, selected public web and GitHub references obtained through third-party search infrastructure. WalletScope does not provide custody, brokerage, exchange, investment management, asset recovery, wallet control, or private-key management services.
3. Package scope
The package selected at checkout determines the scope of external processing and report depth. The Basic package is intended to provide blockchain-only information and does not include Tavily or GitHub enrichment. The Deep package may include the Basic scope together with a limited number of Tavily searches and GitHub/public-web references. The Full package may include the Deep scope together with additional advanced search processing, cross-source findings, source lists, and more detailed activity or pattern summaries. Package scope may be adjusted prospectively as the service evolves, but material differences applicable to an order should be presented before purchase.
4. Analytical character of reports
A WalletScope report is a derived informational product assembled from blockchain records and, where applicable, external public sources. It is not an official attribution, forensic certification, legal finding, financial statement, intelligence assessment issued by a government authority, or definitive identification of a natural or legal person. Any apparent association between an address and an external identity, account, username, repository, website, or organization must be treated as a lead or contextual reference rather than a guaranteed fact unless independently verified by the user.
5. Blockchain-data limitations
Blockchain data may be affected by indexing latency, provider outages, API rate limits, reorganization events, node synchronization state, network congestion, unsupported transaction types, smart-contract complexity, provider-side normalization, cache expiration, temporary inconsistencies, and other technical conditions. Consequently, WalletScope does not warrant that every transaction, balance, transfer, contract interaction, or historical event will be displayed with absolute completeness, exact real-time freshness, or uninterrupted availability.
6. Third-party provider dependency
WalletScope may depend on external services including Mempool.space for Bitcoin-related data, Alchemy for Ethereum-related data, GitHub for public repository references, Tavily for web-search functionality, NOWPayments for payment processing, and cloud infrastructure providers for application execution and persistence. A degradation, suspension, rate limit, policy change, API modification, network failure, or outage affecting any dependency may impair or prevent part or all of the requested service. WalletScope cannot contractually guarantee the continued operation, schema stability, availability, or commercial terms of independent third-party providers.
7. Wallet address submission
The user is solely responsible for ensuring that the wallet address supplied to WalletScope is syntactically valid, belongs to the intended network, and is the address the user actually intends to analyze. A public wallet address is not a secret. However, users must not submit private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, passwords, API secrets, authentication tokens, or any other credential whose disclosure could facilitate unauthorized control of an account or asset.
8. No custody or transaction authority
WalletScope does not request or retain the private cryptographic material required to authorize blockchain transactions, and the report-generation service does not confer any authority to move, freeze, recover, reverse, or otherwise control assets associated with an address. Any transaction shown in a report is an observation of blockchain or provider data and not an action initiated by WalletScope on behalf of the user.
9. Orders and preflight validation
Before a paid checkout is initiated, WalletScope may perform technical preflight validation, including network and address validation, package validation, coupon validation, provider availability checks, and other controls intended to avoid creating a payment for a request that the service cannot reasonably process. Passing preflight validation is not an unconditional promise that every downstream provider will remain available throughout report generation.
10. Prices and payment processing
Prices are presented at the point of purchase and may vary by package or promotional configuration. Where cryptocurrency payment processing is used, the payment provider may determine the precise payment amount, network, destination, exchange-rate mechanics, expiration window, and payment status according to its own system. A payment transaction may be irreversible once broadcast or settled. Users are responsible for verifying the payment network and transaction details before sending funds.
11. Payment confirmation and report generation
Payment submission and report delivery are technically distinct states. A payment may be detected, pending, confirmed, finished, failed, expired, or otherwise classified by the payment provider, while the associated report may separately be queued, processing, completed, or failed. WalletScope may initiate report generation only after the payment conditions configured for the relevant order have been satisfied. A provider callback may therefore precede final report availability.
12. Coupons and promotional codes
Coupons are subject to their displayed discount percentage, usage limit, activation status, expiration conditions, and any additional restrictions presented at the time of redemption. A 100% discount coupon may permit a report to enter the generation workflow without a payment-provider transaction; it does not create a monetary credit, cash balance, transferable value, or entitlement to an unlimited number of reports. Coupons may be rejected where expired, inactive, exhausted, malformed, or otherwise inconsistent with their configured conditions.
13. Refunds, cancellations, and failed reports
Because report generation can involve the allocation of external API capacity and the creation of a digital analytical artifact, cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the state of the order and the applicable mandatory consumer-protection rules. If a service failure prevents WalletScope from reasonably delivering the purchased report, the operator may, where appropriate and subject to applicable law and provider settlement conditions, offer remediation such as regeneration, replacement processing, or a refund. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive non-waivable statutory rights.
14. No guarantee of a particular finding
Payment entitles the user to the purchased report service, not to a predetermined investigative conclusion. In particular, WalletScope does not guarantee that a report will discover a social-media account, GitHub profile, website, exchange association, identity correlation, previously unknown transaction pattern, or any other specific finding. The absence of a result must not be interpreted as proof that the underlying entity or activity does not exist.
15. External search results and GitHub references
Where a package includes public-web or GitHub enrichment, returned results are dependent on indexing, search ranking, public availability, repository visibility, deletion, access restrictions, aliases, name collisions, stale pages, and third-party ranking algorithms. Similar usernames, addresses, labels, code fragments, domain names, or textual references may correspond to unrelated entities. WalletScope does not warrant that a search result constitutes proof of ownership or authorship.
16. Prohibited uses
You may not use WalletScope to facilitate unlawful conduct, fraud, harassment, stalking, unauthorized surveillance, credential theft, account compromise, extortion, sanctions evasion, money laundering, terrorism financing, or other prohibited activity; to attempt to overload or circumvent technical safeguards; to probe administrative endpoints without authorization; to interfere with service availability; to submit malicious payloads; or to use reports in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of third parties.
17. Responsible interpretation
Users are responsible for independently evaluating report contents before making consequential decisions. A blockchain address can be controlled through complex arrangements, multisignature schemes, custodial services, smart contracts, shared infrastructure, privacy-enhancing mechanisms, or intermediary systems, and therefore an address-level observation may not map cleanly onto a single individual or organization. The user assumes responsibility for any decision made on the basis of report content.
18. Financial, legal, tax, and investigative disclaimer
WalletScope does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, compliance, law-enforcement, or licensed investigative advice. Reports are not substitutes for professional due diligence, legal process, regulated financial advice, evidentiary authentication, or independent forensic investigation. No report should be relied upon as the sole basis for an asset-management decision, accusation, legal filing, regulatory submission, employment decision, or other high-impact determination.
19. Intellectual property
The WalletScope software, user interface, visual design, branding, documentation, original report structure, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws to the extent applicable. Subject to payment and these Terms, the user receives a limited right to access and use the purchased report for lawful informational purposes. This does not transfer ownership of the underlying software, databases, provider APIs, trademarks, or third-party source material.
20. Report redistribution
Unless otherwise permitted by applicable law or expressly authorized, users must not misrepresent WalletScope's output as an independently certified investigation, remove attribution or provenance information where its retention is required, commercially resell the service output as though the user were the operator of WalletScope, or use external-source material in violation of the rights or terms applicable to the original source. Users remain responsible for lawful downstream use and publication.
21. Service availability and maintenance
WalletScope is provided on a best-effort operational basis and may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, deployments, provider outages, network events, infrastructure failures, security incidents, capacity limits, rate limiting, software defects, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. No uninterrupted availability, fixed processing time, or universal compatibility is guaranteed unless expressly stated in a separate written commitment.
22. Report processing times
Processing duration may vary according to package complexity, blockchain-provider response times, external-search latency, rate limits, queue depth, network conditions, and third-party availability. A displayed processing state means that the request remains within the application workflow; it does not constitute a guarantee of completion by a particular minute or deadline unless a specific service-level commitment has been expressly provided.
23. Security and access tokens
Report-access mechanisms may use generated tokens or equivalent credentials. Users must not publicly disclose a private report-access token if the token grants access to a report. WalletScope may use hashing and other defensive storage techniques for access credentials; nevertheless, users acknowledge that no web application can guarantee absolute confidentiality against every possible attack, endpoint compromise, browser compromise, or unauthorized disclosure.
24. Administrative and technical controls
WalletScope may implement rate limiting, request validation, coupon reservation controls, payment-state reconciliation, webhook signature verification, provider timeouts, caching, access-control headers, and administrative authentication as defense-in-depth mechanisms. These mechanisms may reject requests that appear malformed, abusive, duplicated, automated beyond permitted thresholds, or inconsistent with the application's operational rules.
25. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, respond to security incidents, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraudulent transactions, or enforce these Terms. Where technically and legally appropriate, an affected user may receive an explanation or remediation pathway; however, security-sensitive details concerning detection mechanisms need not be disclosed.
26. Force majeure and external events
WalletScope shall not be deemed to guarantee performance where failure is materially attributable to events outside reasonable operational control, including major Internet outages, cloud-provider incidents, blockchain-network disruption, widespread API failure, governmental restrictions, natural disasters, war, civil disorder, telecommunications failure, or comparable events, subject always to any mandatory rights and remedies imposed by applicable law.
27. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service and reports are provided on an “as available” and “best effort” basis, without an implied promise that every data point will be complete, current, uninterrupted, error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or suitable for a specific investigative or commercial outcome. Nothing in this section removes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
28. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WalletScope and its operators shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or unforeseeable losses arising from third-party provider failures, blockchain-network behavior, user misinterpretation, unauthorized disclosure by the user, lost opportunity, asset-price movement, transaction irreversibility, or reliance upon an analytical inference. Any liability limitation is subject to mandatory statutory protections and does not purport to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
29. User indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, a user may be responsible for losses, claims, or reasonable costs arising from the user's unlawful use of the service, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, deliberate abuse of technical controls, or misuse of report content. This provision does not transfer to the user liabilities that are legally non-transferable.
30. Third-party terms
Third-party services integrated into WalletScope may be governed by separate terms, acceptable-use policies, API conditions, and privacy notices. Users agree that their use of external links and provider-hosted interfaces may be subject to those third-party rules. WalletScope cannot amend or guarantee the interpretation of a third party's contractual documents.
31. Changes to the service
WalletScope may modify, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features, providers, package composition, technical architecture, or interface elements when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, provider changes, or product development. Changes affecting an already-paid order will be handled in a manner reasonably intended to preserve the purchased service or provide appropriate remediation where delivery becomes materially impossible.
32. Privacy
Information handling is additionally governed by the WalletScope Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains categories of information, processing purposes, third-party dependencies, retention, security measures, and user rights. In the event of a conflict concerning privacy-specific processing, the Privacy Policy should be read together with these Terms and applicable mandatory law.
33. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unenforceable, or inapplicable in a particular jurisdiction, that determination shall not automatically invalidate the remaining provisions, which shall continue to operate to the fullest extent legally permissible, while the affected provision may be interpreted or limited only as much as necessary to preserve its lawful purpose.
34. No waiver
A failure or delay in enforcing a provision of these Terms does not necessarily constitute a permanent waiver of that provision or any other right. Any waiver must be interpreted narrowly and shall not be presumed merely from inaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
35. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any expressly incorporated checkout disclosures or service-specific notices, constitute the principal terms governing use of WalletScope, except where a separate written agreement or mandatory law supersedes a provision. Informal statements that are inconsistent with the published terms should not be treated as an amendment unless authorized and legally effective.
36. Applicable law and mandatory rights
These Terms are intended to operate subject to the laws and mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable to the relevant transaction and user. Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of a mandatory statutory right, mandatory jurisdictional protection, or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived by contract. Any jurisdiction-specific interpretation should be evaluated against the law actually applicable to the user and transaction.

Questions concerning orders, report access, technical issues, payments, or these Terms should be submitted through the contact channel made available by WalletScope on its current website or service interface. Do not include private keys, seed phrases, passwords, authentication secrets, or other confidential credentials in support requests.
